Warranty:

All Nautos® products are guaranteed against defects defects due to faulty material or workmanship for a five-year period after the date of purchase. The warranty covers those uses within the limits and functions clearly defined and described in this catalogue, or in Nautos® documents.

The Nautos warranty its reduce in the followin cases:

Winches have four years warranty.
All products are guaranteed by two years for use in competitions or extraordinary conditions as "round the world" events or professional cruisin.
Transparents blocks have one year warranty.

This warranty does not cover:

Damage to the product resulting from negligence, lack of maintenance or improper installation; Normal wear and tear, slight oxidisation stains, or discoloration, all of which do not impair the performance of the part;

The owner will deliver the defective part, with transportation prepaid to Nautos distributor. The defective part will either be repaired or replaced..

Maintenance:

Maintenance of the product is understood to be periodic washing with fresh water and occasional lubrication of the aluminum components. For safety reasons, regular inspections should be made of the shackles and highly stressed parts, especially bolts, pins, and side plates in runner blocks. Cracks and warping are signs that the part is no longer suitable for use and should be replaced.
